用 DSC和变温红外光谱技术研究了月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸及其二元体系的固 -液相变 .在固 -液相变温度范围内的红外光谱移动表明脂肪酸的固 -液相变与分子内的氢键有关 .其二元体系的固 -液相变温度为 ( 32 .84± 0 .71 )℃ ,转变热为 1 4 6.5~ 1 95.1 J/ g.
The solid-liquid phase transitions of lauric acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and their binary systems were studied by DSC and infrared spectroscopy.The infrared spectra shift in the solid-liquid phase transition temperature indicated that the solid-liquid phase It is related to the intramolecular hydrogen bond.The binary system has a solid-liquid phase transition temperature of (32.84 ± 0.71) ℃ and a heat of transformation of 145.5-195.1 J / g.
