随着医疗卫生事业发展,医院档案在加强医院管理、提升服务水平中发挥着越来越重要的基础性作用。如何适应医院信息化发展趋势,通过信息化技术手段,做好新形势下医院档案工作,已成为医院档案工作的重要内容。本文结合我院档案信息化建设实际,就如何搭建档案信息化软硬件平台,整合档案信息资源,形成互联互通和资源共享的医院档案信息资源检索平台,进行初步分析和探讨。
With the development of medical and health services, hospital files play an increasingly important and fundamental role in strengthening hospital management and improving service levels. How to adapt to the trend of hospital information development, through information technology, do a good job in the hospital archives work under the new situation, has become an important part of the hospital archives. Based on the actual situation of archives information construction in our hospital, this paper makes a preliminary analysis and discussion on how to build archives information hardware and software platform, integrate archival information resources, and form a hospital archives information resource retrieval platform with interoperability and resource sharing.
