当前,高职院校辅导员是大学生的管理者与教育者,既是大学生的师长,也是大学生的知心朋友。在学生教育中扮演着很重要的角色,但由于各种原因,高职院校辅导员在思想政治教育中工作仍有不少欠缺,因此,我们要详细高职辅导员出现问题的深层次根源,找寻出问题所在,进一步加强高职院校辅导员职业化建设,使其向职业化、专业化方向发展,努力将其建设成为高职院校思想政治教育方面的专家。积极推进高职院校辅导员队伍的职业化建设,是一项非常紧迫和重要的任务,也是加强高职院校思想政治教育工作的重要措施,具有很强的理论意义与现实意义。
