随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深化,复杂多样的医疗纠纷迫切要求纠纷解决方式的多元化与有效性,构建和完善我国多元化医疗纠纷解决机制对于我国和谐社会的建设具有重要的现实意义。
With the continuous deepening of the medical system reform in our country, the complex and diverse medical disputes urgently demand the diversity and effectiveness of the dispute resolution methods. Therefore, building and perfecting the mechanism of our country’s medical dispute resolution is of great practical significance for the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
