2013年7月17日,湖南省中小学“音体美健”空间建设与创新应用研讨会在长沙举行,来自全省14个市(州)的34名学科专家及骨干教师与会交流研讨。根据教育部《教育信息化十年发展规划》的整体安排,按照省教育厅的统一部署,省中小学教师继续教育指导中心组织了本次会议。本着“教师率先使用”的实施原则,着力推动“网络学习空间人人通”工程。会议主旨在于积极探索“网络学习空间”的创新应用,推动农村中小学“音体美健”相对薄弱学科的教育教学与教研工作,解决全面推进素质教育过程中的难点
On July 17, 2013, a seminar on space construction and innovation of primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province was held in Changsha. 34 academic experts and key teachers from 14 cities (prefectures) in the province attended the seminar . According to the overall arrangement of “10-year Development Plan of Education Informationization” issued by the Ministry of Education, this meeting was organized according to the unified plan of Provincial Department of Education and the guidance center for provincial primary and secondary school teachers continuing education. In line with the “teachers first use” principle of implementation, efforts to promote “network learning space for all ” project. The main purpose of the conference is to actively explore innovative applications of “cyber-learning space” and to promote the education, teaching and research of relatively weak disciplines in rural primary and secondary schools and to solve the difficulties in promoting the quality-oriented education in an all-round way
