目的观察过氧化氢气体对净化空间内细菌的杀灭效果。方法用载体定量杀菌试验方法,把气态的过氧化氢气体通入密闭空间内,与人工染菌菌片接触达到杀灭细菌的效果。结果在密闭的2 m3净化室内,通入经115℃汽化的过氧化氢气体作用30 m in,使净化室内7个采样点上的所有嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢达到完全杀灭;在相同条件下作用40 m in,使净化室内7个采样点的所有枯草杆菌黑色变种也能达到完全杀灭。结论在密闭空间内通入经115℃汽化的过氧化氢,对载体上细菌芽孢具有较强的杀灭作用,能使净化室内空气达到无菌。
Objective To observe the killing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas on bacteria in the purifying space.
