2009年希腊主权债务信用评级下降为导火线,希腊发生主权债务危机,并且逐步向葡萄牙、西班牙、意大利、爱尔兰等国蔓延,随着欧元区爆发债务危机并且愈演愈烈,“次贷危机”过后的又一轮经济危机对我国经济的繁荣发展造成了极大的威胁,特别是对我国的出口和利用外资等方面造成很坏的影响。我国如何成功应对这次欧元区债务危机,以推动经济健康快速有序发展,这存在着很大的考验。
