日内瓦协定缔结以来,已经四个多月了。在这一段期间,人们清清楚楚地看到在执行日内瓦协定的问题上存在着两条路线:一条是坚决地、忠实地遵守协定条款,一条是粗暴地、无耻地破坏协定条款。前一条是苏联、中华人民共和国、越南民主共和国以及寮国和高棉抗战政府所执行的路线,后一条则是以美帝国主义为首的侵略集团以及它们的仆从所执行的路线。
More than four months have passed since the Geneva agreement was concluded. During this period, it was plain to see that there were two lines on the implementation of the Geneva agreement: one was resolutely and faithfully observing the terms of the agreement, the one that rudely and shamelessly undermined the terms of the agreement. The former is the route followed by the Soviet Union, the People’s Republic of China, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the anti-Japanese government of Laos and Khmer. The latter is followed by the lines of aggression that led by the U.S. imperialists and their servants.
