目的探讨脱管散体外抗铜绿假单胞菌(P.a)生物膜的作用机制。方法电镜下观察脱管散对P.a生物膜形态学的影响,评价脱管散对P.a生物膜的黏附作用的影响。结果脱管散对P.a抑制生物膜50%的浓度(SMIC50)及抑制生物膜80%的浓度(SMIC80)分别为80μg/m L和175μg/m L,随着脱管散质量浓度的递增,对P.a生物膜的抑制作用呈增强趋势。结论脱管散对体外P.a生物膜有较强的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of action of Tucao San on the biofilm against P. aeruginosa (P.a.). Methods The effect of Tuatang on the morphology of P.a biofilm was observed under electron microscope to evaluate the effect of Tuatang on the adhesion of P.a biofilm. Results The concentrations of SMIC50 and SMIC80 which inhibit the growth of biofilm were 80μg / m L and 175μg / m L respectively. With the increase of the concentration of Detox, Inhibition of biofilm showed an increasing trend. Conclusion Tucaosan has a strong inhibitory effect on P.a biofilm in vitro.
