本文系形变热处理制度和化铣工艺对147铝合金板材抗晶间腐蚀性能影响的试验总结。系统试验结果表明,为了提高147合金的抗晶间腐蚀性能,可采用向槽液中添加硫代硫酸钠的化铣工艺,改进合金的时效制度、控制合金的形变量等三种有效措施。采用以上三种措施后,可将147合金的平均晶间腐蚀深度下降一倍,即从0.16毫米下降到0.07毫米。但三种措施中以形变量对提高合金的抗晶间腐蚀性能的效果最为明显,即把合金变形1.5—7%后,晶间腐蚀深度下降40—50%
In this paper, the deformation heat treatment system and the milling process of 147 aluminum alloy sheet intergranular corrosion resistance test summary. The system test results show that in order to improve the resistance to intergranular corrosion of 147 alloy, three effective measures such as the milling process of adding sodium thiosulfate to the bath, improving the aging system of the alloy and controlling the deformation of the alloy can be adopted. After using the above three measures, the average depth of intergranular corrosion of 147 alloy can be doubled from 0.16 mm to 0.07 mm. However, the three measures to deformation variables to improve the resistance of the intergranular corrosion resistance of the most obvious effect, that is deformed alloy 1.5-7%, the depth of intergranular corrosion decreased by 40-50%
