目的:探讨PDCA循环法在提高胸心外科住院患者护理满意度上的应用效果。方法:成立PDCA循环管理小组,运用PDCA循环管理的4个阶段、8个步骤,对胸心外科住院患者护理满意度现状、影响因素进行分析,提出改进措施,并计划实施,完成阶段性评估、总结。比较实施PDCA管理12个月后,胸心外科住院患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:实施PDCA循环管理后,患者对护理工作的满意度有了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法运用到胸心外科住院患者护理满意度上,有效提高了住院患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA on the nursing satisfaction of inpatients with thoracic and cardiac surgery. Methods: The PDCA cycle management team was set up to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of inpatient satisfaction with cardiothoracic surgery in four stages and eight steps of PDCA cycle management, and put forward the improvement measures, plan and implement, complete the stage assessment, to sum up. After 12 months of implementing PDCA management, the satisfaction of nursing work in patients with cardiothoracic inpatients was compared. Results: Satisfaction of nursing care was significantly improved after PDCA cycle management (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PDCA method is applied to the nursing satisfaction of inpatients with thoracic cardiothoracic surgery, which effectively improves the satisfaction degree of inpatients.
