通过研究《公务员法》颁布后,为我国干部人事档案管理带来的数量及内容的新变化,总结出《公务员法》的施行对我国干部人事档案管理提出的新要求。
After studying the promulgation of “Civil Servant Law”, this paper summarizes the new requirements put forward by the “Civil Servant Law” on the management of personnel files of cadres in our country.
