总平面规划本项目地处广州科学城中心区,周边自然环境优美,建设用地西侧紧靠中心区85m宽的绿轴广场,东侧为保留自然山体,南侧与对面的商业建筑共同围合了一个小型商业广场,北侧为城市主要道路。本项目地理位置优越,建筑定位为中型购物中心,主要为区内的居住及办公人群使用。建设用地呈南北向的长方形,本设计依据规划条件进行退缩,并在用地的北侧留出一个入口广场,吸纳来自主要城市干道的人流。
General Plan The project is located in the central area of Guangzhou Science City. The surrounding area has a beautiful natural environment. The west side of the site for construction is close to the 85m-wide green axis square in the central area. The east side is reserved for natural hills and the south side is surrounded by the commercial buildings on the opposite side. A small commercial plaza, the north side of the city’s main roads. The project is strategically located and the building is positioned as a medium-sized shopping mall, mainly for residential and office workers in the district. The construction site is a rectangle with a north-south direction. The design flinches according to the planning conditions and leaves an entrance square on the north side of the site to absorb the flow of people from major urban arterial roads.
