面对电站计算机(DCC)48 V电源输出功率不足导致故障现象增多,为满足DCC的数字量输入(DI)机架48 V电源离线测试的需要,电源负载自动调节测试台应运而生,它可以模拟48 V电源在动态负载下的现场工作条件,便于离线定位电源故障。它使用嵌入式系统,控制程序在C51语言环境下开发,并在测试平台搭建前,使用仿真软件Proteus进行了仿真验证,以确认需要选择的控制参数和系统设计的可靠性。使用该测试平台,成功再现了48 V电源故障时的现象,掌握了电源在运行状态下的特点,明确了电源国产化的技术规格要求。此外,该测试平台也可以因地制宜,与其他设备配合进行应用扩展。
Facing Power Station Computer (DCC) At 48 V, the output power failure led to an increase in the number of malfunctions. To meet the needs of DCC’s 48 V power supply off-line test of the rack, the power load automatic adjustment test bench came into being, Simulate 48 V power supply in the field under dynamic load conditions, easy to locate offline power failure. It uses an embedded system and the control program is developed under the C51 language. Before the test platform is set up, simulation is performed by using the simulation software Proteus to confirm the control parameters and the reliability of the system design that need to be selected. The test platform successfully reproduces the 48 V power failure phenomenon, mastered the characteristics of the power supply in the operating state, a clear power supply of the technical specifications. In addition, the test platform can also be adapted to local conditions, with other devices for application expansion.
