班主任是学校中全面负责学生班级工作的教师,负责全班学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等方面的工作,是班集体的组织者、教育者和指导者。要把一个刚编凑起来的班级群体建设成一个真正的班集体,需要班主任付出艰辛的、创造性的劳动。班主任必须把全班学生有序地组织起来,并结合班级具体情况,确立共同的奋斗目标,对学生进行教育。所以,班主任在提高学生的思想素质方面起着举足轻重的作用。
The class teacher is the teacher in charge of class work in charge of students in the school.
