合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区建设3年来,安徽以推动科学发展、加快转变经济发展方式为引领,以加强创新主体、创新载体和产学研一体建设为突破,以提升自主创新能力、促进科技成果向现实生产力转化为目标,取得了与日俱增的产业、科技、人才和改革成果,自主创新已成为安徽经济社会发展的内在动力和全社会的自觉行动。本刊现遴选在试验区建设中涌现的几家有代表性的单位,介绍他们推进科技创新的得力举措和新鲜经验,以期进一步彰显试验区发展的火热状态,为加快美好安徽建设作出新的更大的贡献。
Over the past three years since the construction of the comprehensive experimental zone for independent innovation in Wuhu, Anhui has taken the lead in accelerating the scientific development and speeding up the transformation of economic development. It has made breakthroughs in strengthening the integration of innovation subjects, innovation carriers and production, education and research so as to enhance the capability of independent innovation and promote scientific and technological achievements It has become the goal of the transformation of the real productive forces and has made ever-increasing achievements in industry, science and technology, personnel and reform. Independent innovation has become the intrinsic motivation of Anhui’s economic and social development and the conscious action of the whole society. This journal presents the selection of several representative units that emerged during the construction of the pilot area to introduce their effective measures and fresh experiences in promoting scientific and technological innovation so as to further demonstrate the fiery state of the experimental area and to make new and more effective measures to speed up construction of a beautiful Anhui Province Big contribution
