随着信息化的不断发展,市场对软件人才的需求量越来越多,尤其是伴随着我国信息现代化伟大战略的提出,软件行业进入了空前的繁荣期,然而,对于软件技术人才的培养来说,培养一批高素质的软件人才往往需要花费很长的时间。在我国目前的发展阶段,软件人才的培养往往主要是在学校进行的,当然,也有一些软件技术培训企业所进行的短期培训。由于软件信息技术的更新速度比较快,因此,市场对软件人才的能力提出了更高的要求,所以,如何在软件教学中培养学生良好的能力,成为了当前软件技术教育改革的重要关注点。
