对子宫血管平滑肌瘤1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,51岁。因痛经10 a,发现盆腔肿物1个月于2008-06-19入院。入院后妇科检查:宫颈肥大,光滑,子宫增大如孕3个月大小,表面不平,可触及多个突起,无压痛,双侧附件区未触及异常。
1 case of uterine vascular leiomyoma is analyzed as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 51 years old. Due to dysmenorrhea 10 a, found pelvic mass 1 month in 2008-06-19 admission. After admission, gynecological examination: cervical hypertrophy, smooth, enlarged uterus, such as 3 months pregnant size, uneven surface, can reach multiple protrusions, no tenderness, bilateral attachment area without touching the exception.
