随着素质教育教学的推进,新课程改革的快速实施,农村小学课堂教学改革转型升级,教学改革越来越受到人们的关注,在新课程改革的大背景下,小学数学教学工作中,推行新型教学方法,课堂教学实现由“知识传递型”向“知识建构型”转型,是我们广大教育工作者所追求的目标。因此,教学实践中,教师要注重转变教学观念、转移教学目标、转换教学角色,引导学生自主学习、合作探究、深入思考,构建一种新型“先学后导”教学模式,推动课堂教学转型升级,培养学生良好的学习习惯,提高学生终身学习的能力。
