目的分析健康教育在围孕期保健中的应用效果。方法将我所2012年4月至2015年6月进行孕产期保健管理的孕妇作为对象,随机抽选600例分成不同组:对照组的300例孕妇实施口头告知的健康教育,干预组的300例孕妇实施围孕期的健康教育,评定教育效果。结果干预组孕妇的保健知识了解率高于对照组,P<0.05,有区别。结论临床将围孕期健康教育用于孕妇保健中作用突出,可提高保健知识了解度,提高产检依从性,值得学习。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education in perinatal health care. Methods From April 2012 to June 2015, pregnant women of maternal health management were randomly selected from 600 cases divided into different groups: control group of 300 pregnant women oral health education, 300 Cases of pregnant women during the implementation of health education during pregnancy, assessment of educational effect. Results The understanding rate of health care knowledge of pregnant women in intervention group was higher than that in control group, P <0.05. Conclusions The clinical application of peri-period health education in pregnant women’s health plays an important role in improving the understanding of health knowledge and improving the compliance of birth control, which is worth learning.
