1986~1989年从湖南、浙江、江西3省23个县(市)采集白术根腐病病株样本231个,分离、接种获得单孢致病菌株29个,经鉴定其致病菌为尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum S chl.)和半裸镰孢菌(Fusariccm Semitectum Berk & Rav.),前者占多数,病菌生长最适温度为25~30℃,最适pH值为4.0~9.0;在PA培养基上产生大分生孢子最多;氮源以L-亮氨酸、L-(+)天冬氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸最好;碳源以葡萄糖、D-果糖、L-树胶醛糖为最好.寄主范围广,病菌在病残体上存活期在4年以上.
