目的:观察义齿基托修复材料的表面粗糙度对变形链球菌粘附的影响,为正确处理义齿基托的表面提供参考。方法:常规制备钴铬合金标准试件8mm×8mm×1mm共40件,分为5组,每组8件,分别按照五种不同的打磨方法处理试件表面,使用手持式表面粗糙度仪测量每组试件的表面粗糙度,通过体外粘附实验观察变形链球菌在不同表面粗糙度试件上的粘附情况,进行Pearson相关性检验和单因素方差分析。结果:各组试件的表面粗糙度与变形链球菌粘附量之间有显著相关性(P<0.01),各组试件细菌粘附量之间的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:义齿基托修复材料表面粗糙度与细菌的粘附量呈正相关,提示制作义齿时应通过正确的方法减小义齿的表面粗糙度。
Objective: To observe the effect of surface roughness of denture base material on the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans, and to provide a reference for the correct treatment of the surface of the denture base. Methods: A total of 40 samples of 8mm × 8mm × 1mm of cobalt-chromium alloy were prepared and divided into 5 groups of 8 samples. The surface of the sample was treated according to five different grinding methods. The surface roughness was measured by hand-held surface roughness meter The surface roughness of each group of specimens was tested by Pearson correlation test and one-way ANOVA. The adhesion of Streptococcus mutans to different surface roughness specimens was observed by in vitro adhesion experiments. Results: There was a significant correlation between the surface roughness of each group and the amount of Streptococcus mutans (P <0.01), and the difference of bacterial adhesion between each group was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between the surface roughness of denture base and the adhesion of bacteria, which suggests that denture surface roughness should be reduced by the correct method.
