患者女性,62岁。病人系病窦合并完全性右束支、左前分枝传导阻滞(CRBBB、LAH)和间歇性B 型W-P-W,平时反复发作室上性心动过速(室上速)。近年来,因室上速转律后出现窦性静止室性自主律,室率30次/分左右,于1992年4月埋植按需型心脏起搏器。此后,为预防室上速发作,每天口服心律平500 mg,服药期间仍有间歇室上速发作,近2周来发作频繁,几乎隔天1次,每次发作,临时静脉追加心
Patient female, 62 years old.
