Human recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) can specifically stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of granulocytes in the bone marrow and promote the prolongation of the mature granulocyte survival period. Clinical trials have shown that rhG-CSF has a significant effect on the treatment of acute radiation sickness and leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
