7月29日,河南省陕县支建煤矿东风井发生透水事故,69名矿工被困井下。事故发生后,中央领导同志多次作出重要批示,要求全力施救,科学施救,严防次生事故发生,确保被困矿工生命安全。有关方面立刻组织了营救,河南省委、省政府和国家安全监管总局主要领导都在第一时间赶到了现场。经过76个小时的紧张施救,69名矿工全部获救。
On July 29, a flood accident occurred in the coal mine Dongfeng well built in Shanxian County, Henan Province. 69 miners were trapped underground. After the accident, the central leading comrades made many important instructions on many occasions and demanded full rescue efforts, scientific rescue measures, prevention of secondary accidents and ensuring the life and safety of trapped miners. Immediate rescues were organized by the parties concerned. The main leaders of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, the provincial government and the State Administration of Work Safety came to the scene as soon as possible. After 76 hours of intense rescue, 69 miners were all rescued.
