According to the Liaison Office of the Central Government in Hong Kong, on April 4, 2015, the Steering Committee of the Hong Kong SAR Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee held a seminar commemorating the 25th anniversary of the promulgation of the Hong Kong Basic Law in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
