我国是世界主要木材进口国之一,入世后,我们应该积极利用经济全球化的优越性,驾驭国际木材市场,以满足国内需求。当务之急,一是要确立开放型的林业发展战略;二是重构木材产品和林产品的进出口市场;三是组建跨国公司,强化竞争力。
As China is one of the major timber importers in the world, after joining the WTO, we should make full use of the superiority of economic globalization and harness the international timber market to meet domestic demand. The first priority is to establish an open forestry development strategy. The second is to reconstruct the import and export markets for timber products and forest products. The third is to set up multinational corporations and enhance their competitiveness.
