在大掺量高钙粉煤灰水泥浆体中掺入不同类型的纤维,探求纤维在水泥基体发生膨胀时的作用效果及规律.实验结果表明,不同纤维对水泥膨胀的抑制效果差别很大.高弹模量的碳纤维、抗碱玻璃纤维能较好地抑制浆体中高钙粉煤灰的膨胀,而掺入低弹模量尼龙纤维的水泥浆体膨胀却增加.另外,通过水煮安定性试验还发现细径纤维能有效抑制由于高钙粉煤灰浆体体积不安定而造成的开裂破坏.
In the high-calcium high-calcium fly ash cement paste with different types of fiber, to explore the role of fiber in the cement matrix expansion effect and law. The experimental results show that the inhibitory effect of different fibers on the expansion of cement varies greatly. The high elastic modulus carbon fiber and alkali-resistant glass fiber can better suppress the expansion of high-calcium fly ash in the slurry, while the expansion of the cement slurry incorporated with low elastic modulus nylon fiber increases. In addition, through the boil stability test also found that small diameter fibers can effectively inhibit the high calcium fly ash mortar volume instability caused by cracking damage.
