我院1990年以来采用甘油保存胎儿角膜行治疗性角膜移植4例,收到满意效果。现报告如下:一、角膜材料:采用大月份引产胎儿,其中最小6.5月,最大9.5月;保存时间最短3个月,最长1年。在引产后12小时内,经常规消毒后取出眼球,浸泡在1000单位/毫升庆大液中,制作带有巩膜环的板层或全层植片,再经庆大液浸泡10分钟后置于95%的无菌甘油7ml 的瓶内脱水,24小时后移到另一个向样的甘油瓶中,然后密闭置于4℃冰箱中保存,保存瓶上
