目的总结~(125)Ⅰ粒子植入治疗骨转移瘤的临床疗效。方法对25例患者的32个不同来源的骨转移病灶行~(125)Ⅰ粒子植入治疗,观察骨痛缓解情况以及术后骨转移病灶的影像学改变。结果 ~(125)Ⅰ粒子植入治疗骨转移瘤的止痛有效率为92%,其中15例为显效,8例为有效,2例无效。治疗后疼痛分级明显降低(P<0.05)。术后2个月影像学检查显示,病灶部分缓解者9个,稳定者16个,进展者7个,所有患者治疗后均未出现严重不良反应。结论 ~(125)Ⅰ粒子植入治疗骨转移瘤止痛疗效确切,不良反应少,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical effect of ~ (125) Ⅰ particle implantation in the treatment of bone metastases. Methods Twenty-two bone metastases from 25 different patients were treated with ~ (125) Ⅰ particle implantation. The relief of bone pain and the imaging changes of the bone metastases were observed. Results The effective rate of ~ (125) Ⅰ particle implantation in the treatment of bone metastases was 92%, of which 15 were markedly effective, 8 were effective and 2 were ineffective. After treatment, the pain score was significantly lower (P <0.05). Imaging 2 months after surgery showed that there were 9 focal lesiones, 16 stable ones and 7 progressive ones. No serious adverse reactions occurred in all the patients after treatment. Conclusion ~ (125) Ⅰ particle implantation for the treatment of bone metastases pain and definite effect, fewer adverse reactions, is a worthy of promotion of treatment.
