本文采用简易便捷高效液相色谱法分析方法,对40%甲基硫菌灵·己唑醇悬浮剂复配制剂进行定量定性分析,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析定量。配制一系列浓度己唑醇(甲基硫菌灵)标准溶液,以己唑醇(甲基硫菌灵)标准溶液的浓度为横坐标,以己唑醇(甲基硫菌灵)峰面积作为纵坐标,绘制标准曲线,相关系数r均为0.999。标准偏差分别为0.19、0.055,变异系数分别为0.54%、1.06%,平均回收率分别为100%、100.2%。
In this paper, 40% thiophanate-hexaconazole suspension concentrate formulations were quantitative and qualitative analysis by simple and convenient high performance liquid chromatography method, using C18 reversed-phase column and UV-vis detector with methanol- Water as mobile phase, with the external standard method of analysis of the active ingredient quantitative. A series of concentrations of hexaconazole (methyl thidiazuron) standard solution were prepared. The concentration of hexaconazole (methylthiothreitol) standard solution was taken as abscissa and the peak area of hexaconazole (thiophanate methyl) was taken as Ordinate, draw the standard curve, the correlation coefficient r is 0.999. The standard deviations were 0.19 and 0.055, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.54% and 1.06%, respectively. The average recoveries were 100% and 100.2%, respectively.
