我国是一个历史悠久的农业大国,农业人口占总人口的大多数,农村不稳定,整个局势就会不稳定。农村的稳定不仅要依靠于农村经济的飞速发展,而且还要受到基层民主政治建设进程的影响。村民自治是我国农村在法治基础上的政治文明建设,而农村基层民主选举又是村民自治的前提,民主选举在很大程度上影响甚至决定村民自治能否真正实现以及农村局势是否能够稳定。
My country is a large agricultural country with a long history. The agricultural population accounts for the majority of the total population. When the rural areas are unstable, the entire situation will be unstable. The stability in rural areas depends not only on the rapid development of rural economy, but also on the progress of the construction of grassroots democratic politics. Villagers ’autonomy is the construction of political civilization based on the rule of law in rural areas of our country. However, the grass-roots democratic election in rural areas is the premise of villagers’ autonomy. Democratically voting affects or even determines whether the autonomy of villagers can really be realized and whether the situation in rural areas can be stabilized.
