《半月谈》杂志今年第四期报道了黑龙江省七台河市原市委书记罗树清调离时,干部群众胃着严寒前来送行的情景。欢送的人群中还打出一条条横幅:“人民感谢好书记”、“公仆万岁”、“老罗,人民不会忘记你”。场面之壮观,群情之热烈,令人感动。 领导干部从一个地方调离,一起工作的同事、周围的干部群众前来欢送是正常现象。然而群众对罗树清的欢送却与众不同。其一,这个欢送不是组织的安排,而是群众自发的行动;其二,这次欢送不是个别职工和群众,而是延续漫漫十公里;其三,前来送行的不仅有他的同事和有工作关系的干部
