传统的压铸模具设计,一般要经过资料检索、方案构思、计算分析、设计绘图等步骤,而且还要在设计过程中多次修改完善,整个设计过程需要较多的工作量和较长的周期。本文详细论述了“双T节点”压铸模智能CAD系统的开发原理及过程。“双T节点”压铸模智能CAD系统是在综合使用了传统CAD技术和AI(人工智能)技术(主要是专家系统)的智能CAD系统,它为“双T节点”系列的模具设计提供了一套高效、快速、合理的设计方案,同时对各种数据进行数据库集中管理,最后输出总装和所有零部件的三维立体图和二维平面视图。本文首先论述了利用专家系统开发工具DCMES建造“双T节点”压铸模设计专家系统的过程及原理,包括采用面向对象的知识表达方法来表达设计知识,以及面向对象知识系统的推理机构的组成及调用原理,说明了压铸模设计的知识库系统在智能CAD系统中的关键作用。在图形输出方面,阐明了利用AutoCADR13进行二次开发的原理,如利用ADS与ASI实现了参数化绘图、三维绘图模块的开发及三维图形到二维图形的转换等。在数据管理方面,利用数据库管理系统来管理数据和各种信息,同时实现了专家系统与CAD绘图模块的接口。

In data management, the use of database management system to manage data and various information, while achieving the expert system and CAD drawing module interface.
