山西铝厂在解决 1 2 0万t达标达产薄弱环节中 ,增建了一组六效逆流板式降膜蒸发器 ,其总换热面积为1 0 0 1 4m2 ,设计蒸发水量 1 3 0t/h ,汽耗 0 3t/吨水 ,于 1 999年 8月投入生产运行 ,在试生产中 ,取得较好的技术经济指标。实践证明 ,氧化铝行业应用板式蒸发器能节约大量能源 ,降低生产成本。
In order to solve the weakness of 12 million tons of standard production capacity, Shanxi Aluminum Plant added a set of six-effect counterflow plate falling film evaporators with a total heat exchange area of 1 0 0 1 4m2 and designed evaporation of 130t / h, steam consumption of 0 3t / tonne of water, put into production and operation in August 1999, and achieved good technical and economic indicators in trial production. Practice has proved that the application of plate evaporator in the alumina industry can save a lot of energy and reduce production costs.
