目的建立杏苏散水提液中白花前胡乙素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长为321 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,回归方程为Y=47.148X-0.112 3,线性范围为0.1~0.8μg,平均加样回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.7%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,为制剂的质量控制和评价提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of prehypochlorobenzoate in the aqueous extract of Xingsu Powder. The method was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent TC-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (75:25). The detection wavelength was 321 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The results showed good linearity (r = 0.999 8). The regression equation was Y = 47.148X-0.112 3. The linear range was 0.1-0.8 μg. The average recovery was 99.78% and RSD was 1.7% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for the quality control and evaluation of the preparation.
