2006年全国企业职工基本养老保险制度进一步完善,在大幅度调整基本养老金的同时确保了按时足额发放。2006年企业职工基本养老保险个人账户规模调整工作全部到位。完成了个人账户规模由11%到8%的调整,个人缴费的比例同步提高到8%。个人账户基金完全由职工个人缴费形成,为实施计发办法改革和逐步做实个人账户奠定了基础。各地根据国家政策统一了法规。
