在传统社会中,“邻里相扶,守望相助”是人们对社区共同生活的一种美好描述与期待。邻里关系作为社区的一种公共产品的同时,也是居民实现生存和发展不可或缺的社会资本。然而,在现代的城市社区生活中,邻里之间的情感交流,相互信任和帮助变得越来越少,人们彼此的冷漠和疏离导致贫困、犯罪等很多社会问题。和谐社会的建设需要建设和谐的社区,而和谐社区的建设要从邻里社会资本的改善开始。本文着重论证了社区邻里资本生成的两种重要机制。
In traditional society, “helping each other in the neighborhood and helping each other” is a beautiful description and expectation of people’s common life in the community. As a public product of the community, the neighborhood relationship is also a social capital indispensable to the survival and development of residents. However, in modern urban community life, the emotional exchange, mutual trust and help between the neighborhoods become less and less, and the indifference and alienation of each other lead to many social problems such as poverty and crime. The building of a harmonious society requires building a harmonious community, and the building of a harmonious community begins with the improvement of social capital in the neighborhood. This article highlights two important mechanisms for generating community neighborhood capital.
