在市场经济的新形势下,农村党的建设工作如何抓?这是摆在基层乡(镇)党委面前亟需研究和解决的一个新问题。近几年来,淮安市流均镇从实际出发,把党建工作的落脚点放在与经济工作相结合上,促进了党建工作上水平,经济工作上台阶。1998年全镇实现社会总收入7亿元,农民人均纯收入达到3500元。一、解放思想,切实加强农村党建工作首先,始终将解放思想换脑筋放在党建工作的首位。近几年来,我们组织全镇党员群众认真学习邓小平理论,解放思想,结合流均工作的实际,提出了“走水路,念水经,发水财,奔小康”的战略思路,动员全镇人民开发废沟、废塘、废滩,向“三废”索财取宝。经过几年努力,全镇开发“三废”15000余亩,今年水产养殖面积已达31000
