目的采用HPLC法测定并比较不同产地楤木中楤木皂苷A的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(35∶65);检测波长205nm;柱温30℃;流速0.8mL·min-1;进样量20μL。结果楤木皂苷A0.6325~25.3000μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.97%,RSD=1.02%。结论所建方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于楤木的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine and compare the contents of Alnus saponins A from different areas by HPLC. Methods The column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (35:65). The detection wavelength was 205 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL · min -1. Amount of 20 μL. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between A0.6325 ~ 25.3000μg and peak area (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 97.97% and RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of alder.
