一份“房地产崩盘时间表”不但在网上流传,也成为社会各界议论的焦点。其实不用和日本比较,中国人根据自己的分析和判断也能对楼市走向有个大概了解。个人认为楼市崩盘的可能性越来越大,主要有这么几点理由:一、两会后中央调控再次陷入空调状态,楼市报复式上涨说明中央政府的掌控力受到很大威胁,这对楼市的健康发展没有好处。
