目的探讨20μg/mL重组(酿酒酵母)乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗对成人的免疫效果。方法在新乡市某集团公司随机抽取乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阴性、一般健康状况良好的20~40岁的职工145名,按0、1、6个月程序接种20μg/mL国产重组(酿酒酵母)乙肝疫苗。结果全程免疫125人,接种率86.21%。免疫前后乙肝表面抗体(抗-HBs)阳性率各为50.40%和98.40%,不同年龄、性别抗HBs水平各组经统计学处理,均无统计学意义。结论成人接种20μg/mL重组(酿酒酵母)乙肝疫苗可获得良好的免疫效果。
Objective To investigate the immunogenicity of 20μg / mL recombinant (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) hepatitis B (HBV) vaccine in adults. Methods A total of 145 workers aged 20-40 years were enrolled in a group company of Xinxiang City randomly. Conclusion Adult vaccinated with 20μg / mL recombinant (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) hepatitis B vaccine can obtain a good immune effect.
