我厂职工在党委正确领导下,通过大搞群众运动,大搞技术革新和技术革命,试验成功了“连环窑烧砖,利用余热烤坯”的办法,焙镜—窑砖,烤—窑坯,把焙烧和烤坯连续起来,冬季可以照常生产,给雨天和常年生产创造了有利条件。一、连环窑的构造:1.每套连环窑的建筑面积为185平米,其中用来烤坯的面积为110平米。我厂建了20套,共用地3700平米,其中用于烤坯者为2200平米。2.用料及建筑费用。每套连环窑需砖2万5千块、砖坯5千块、石灰2千斤、麦糠6百斤,再加上工资费用等,每套窑约需1200元,我厂建20套,共用24,000元。全部工程系由本厂工人自建完成。
