Objective: To explore the role of QA activities in rehabilitation education and fall events in stroke patients. Methods: Forty-seven stroke patients randomly selected from December 2014 to August 2015 in Zhenhai Longsai Hospital of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were selected as the study observation group. The patients in the observation group were treated with quality control ring activities. In the same period, 44 cases of routine care of stroke patients admitted to hospital, as control group, were analyzed retrospectively, to observe and record changes in the upper and lower extremities FMA score, compliance rates, satisfaction and patient care before and after the fall of the two groups, and were analyzed and compared. Results: The upper and lower extremity function recovered in both groups after treatment. There was significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups (P <0.05), but the FMA score of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) ). Patients in the observation group had a higher compliance rate of 89.36% and a satisfactory rate of 95.74%. Compliance and satisfaction rate were significantly lower than those in the control group, but fell to a smaller number, and the treatment rate was only 2.13% (P <0.05 ). CONCLUSION: QA activities can reduce the incidence of falls in patients with stroke, significantly improve the limb mobility, and patients with higher compliance and satisfaction rate is conducive to patient recovery and improve quality of life.
