在海湾战争中,美海军陆战队有92000多名队员参加战斗。沙漠风暴是美海军陆战队历史上最大的一次战斗。在这场战争中,虽然美军的伤员很少,但通过分析伤员的伤情,对卫生后勤人员确定未来战争的人力物力的需要量可能是有帮助的。本文主要是分析美海军陆战队在第二阶梯医疗机构中治疗的120名伤员的创伤类型、致伤因子以及从受伤到治疗之间的时间间隔等。 本文所用的战斗伤员的数据是由工作在外科支援连,搜集与医疗后送连的野战军医和其他医务人员收集的。这些连是在科威特战区负责治疗美海军陆战队伤员,处在第二阶梯的医疗机构,也是在最前方为伤员进行手术治疗的机构。一般地说,他们能见到所有
In the Gulf War, the United States Marine Corps has more than 92,000 members participating in the battle. Desert Storm is the largest battle in the history of the United States Marine Corps. In this war, while there are few wounded members of the U.S. military, analyzing the wounded’s injury may help the health logisticians determine the amount of manpower and resources needed for future wars. This article mainly analyzes the type of trauma, the factor of injury and the time interval from injury to treatment of 120 wounded people treated by the U.S. Marines in the second-tier medical institutions. The combat wounded data used in this paper were collected by field medical and other medical staff working in Surgical Support Corps, collection and medical evacuation.
