本文在胃癌高发区某地区观察140例十二指肠溃疡病的胃切除标本,检出胃粘膜常见病变,以期为胃癌的防治提供资料。材料和方法1981年1月至1985年6月我科共收检十二指肠溃疡胃切除标本140例。取材及观察指标均按全国胃癌协作组病理专业组1983年厦门会议的规定,石腊包埋切片、苏木素伊红染色。观察胃窦部大、小弯与前、后壁及胃体部大、小弯与前、后壁共八处胃粘膜,统计各部位之胃粘膜浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、滤泡性胃炎(我们的标准是在Leitz双筒显微镜10×6.5低倍镜
In this paper, 140 cases of duodenal ulcer gastrectomy specimens were observed in a certain area of high incidence of gastric cancer, and common gastric mucosal lesions were detected to provide information for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. Materials and Methods 140 cases of gastrectomy for duodenal ulcer were collected from our department in January 1981 to June 1985. Materials and observations were collected according to the provisions of the 1983 Xiamen Conference of the National Pathology Group of the Gastric Cancer Group, paraffin-embedded sections and hematoxylin-eosin staining.
