应用两维超声心动图(2—D)对心肌病变进行组织学研究,是当今无创性诊断技术的一大进展。作者根据 Bhandari 等的心肌疾病的2—D 分型方法,应用心肌声学显象技术对心肌梗塞心肌结构的2—D 进行分析和讨论。旨在将超声组织学这一新技术引入临床实践,为诊断、治疗以及予后提供新的指标。
The application of two-dimensional echocardiography (2-D) to histological studies of myocardial lesions is a major advance in noninvasive diagnostic techniques today. According to Bhandari et al’s 2-D classification of myocardial disease, the authors used the myocardial acoustic imaging technique to analyze and discuss the 2-D of myocardial structure of myocardial infarction. The aim is to introduce the new technology of ultrasound histology into clinical practice and provide new indexes for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
