本校學員之基礎文化不够一致,以致對課程之理解與吸收能力達不到平衡。故於開學後即組成三人互助組,以上、中、下爲編組原則,三四個小組編成一大組,以互助爲主,爭取平均發展達到填平補齊的目的。並强調互助小組經常不分離,將每日之自習時間全部投入互助中。但從中產生了缺點,即是较好學員,以互助組爲精神上之重大擔負,較差學員,以互助組爲學習上之最大依賴,對每科各章節中
The basic culture of the students of this school is not consistent enough so that the understanding and absorption capacity of the courses cannot be balanced. Therefore, after the school started, a three-person mutual aid group was formed. The above, the middle, and the lower were the grouping principles. The three or four groups were organized into a large group. Mutual aid was the mainstay. He also stressed that the mutual aid groups often do not separate and devote all of their daily self-study time to mutual aid. However, the shortcomings that emerged from it were that the better trainees used the mutual aid group as an important spiritual burden. The poorer trainees used the mutual aid group as the greatest reliance on their learning.
