在市场竞争愈演愈烈的今天,人才已成为衡量一家企业综合实力的重要指标之一,而人力资源管理也成为当前所有中小企业关注的重点。结合企业经营实际来看,绩效考核不仅有助于中小企业未来的生存发展,同时还能实现对人力资源的优化配置,并在企业内部营造一个积极向上的劳动氛围。因此,中小企业在开展人力资源管理工作时,需要正视绩效考核的积极作用,并就绩效考核下的人力资源管理进行综合考虑,以带动整个行业的健康发展。
In today’s increasingly competitive marketplace, talent has become one of the most important indicators for measuring the overall strength of an enterprise, and human resources management has also become the focus of all SMEs. According to the reality of business operation, performance appraisal not only contributes to the survival and development of SMEs in the future, but also optimizes the allocation of human resources and creates a positive and upward working atmosphere within the enterprise. Therefore, when carrying out human resources management, SMEs need to face the active role of performance appraisal and consider human resource management under performance appraisal in order to promote the healthy development of the entire industry.
