近年来,社会就业形势越来越严峻,毕业生就业问题成为社会热点话题。在我国就业问题中,以发展的思维分析中职生就业问题,从中职生在企业就业的表现来看,学生在企业就业中具有一定的社会适应能力,同时也存在着一些问题,这些问题在社会发展中不断出现,涉及中职生专业技能、综合素质等方面,通过分析中职生的就业表现,从学校教育、企业需求等方面进一步分析中职生在企业就业中的问题,提出多渠道、有效的应对方案,促进校企之间的人才培养沟通体系构建。
